Recommendations for Sat-IP Server

I'm looking for the right ip to tv server for emby live tv. Do you have any recommendations for me that work well and quickly?

I would like to use emby for the FireTV Stick and replace my SAT receiver for LIVE TV and recordings.

Just to be clear, do you realise that you need to run an Emby server to make the connection with an IPTV service (or any live TV) which your Firestick client could then access?  You also need to subscribe to Emby Premiere to enable the live TV facilities.

I can't recommend any IPTV provider, as I don't use them.

SAT>IP is not IPTV.  I have suggested that Emby consider the SAT>IP protocol for TVnext but I haven't seen it on the spreadsheet.  For now you would need a SAT>IP server that provides m3u listings for direct support or consider using TVHeadend or NextPVR to capture SAT>IP and forward them to Emby. 

Sorry I can't comment on which to buy.  Note some people are just as happy using DVB-S  tuners with a PC instead of a satellite receiver.  You might find with Tvnext this is all you need too.
