Live TV Issues Roku TV

I use M3U to stream my Live TV through emby, works on my iPhone fine, wont work on my Roku tv, shows the epg and logos but when i try to watch, it says stream not available and goes in a spinning circle, I have attached my emby server log, and the transcode log.embyserver.txt

Hi, a dev will need to look at this but I have a question for.
/the log show /mnt/mpathe/fsmoker/EmbyNET/programdata/ being used for this transcode.

Is this mounted location local on the same machine as the server?
