rob77 12 Posted October 7, 2024 Posted October 7, 2024 (edited) Hi I have set up my server with my IPTV configuration and live TV works fine. The channels direct play showing MPEGTS and I have absolutely no issues. But the IPTV I use also has VOD attached to the same m3u URL so have imported some of them also. Some play but most just give me a black screen and an error of 'No compatible streams found' I have attached a server log of 2 files I tried to play. The first one failed and the second one played. Any help would be most appreciated. embyserver.txt ffmpeg-transcode-23461db3-e543-4e84-b215-3c1ed0aa229f_1.txt Edited October 7, 2024 by rob77
rob77 12 Posted October 8, 2024 Author Posted October 8, 2024 Just an update to say that I have emby running through a VPN. Disabling the VPN and the vod files are working. Using the same VPN server on an IPTV app and they play okay. 1

rob77 12 Posted October 12, 2024 Author Posted October 12, 2024 Hi I've managed to get this working somewhat. I changed the VPN server and tweaked some settings within wireguard. The issue I have now is the huge amount of data it downloads. For example I streamed a 5 minute episode of a popular children's program in 480p to test and it consumed 7GB. It's like it never stops downloading the data at full speed and doesn't know where the end of the file is. I tried a 720p movie and it was up to 20GB within 15 mins before I stopped it. Anyone seen similar? Cheers 2
