Android TV restore unlock

Hi there,
My Humax Aura PVR recently crashed, eventually requiring a full factory reset. Installation went well until I tried to play one on my local videos. I got the message telling me I needed to pay to unlock it to play local Files.
Having already paid this I clicked on "Restore unlock". this only gives me the message "Unlock is not purchased".
It most definitey has been. On 2 separate devices. Whilst I realise £5 is not a lot I dont see why I should have to pay twice. Can you sort this out for me please?

Hi.  Exactly what devices?  Is the device you are on now logged into the same Google account?

My suggestion would be to wait 24 hours and try again.  I've seen some people have this work which suggests maybe the new device hasn't downloaded or cached all the store info yet.
