mykwin 0 Posted October 7, 2024 Posted October 7, 2024 Hi there, My Humax Aura PVR recently crashed, eventually requiring a full factory reset. Installation went well until I tried to play one on my local videos. I got the message telling me I needed to pay to unlock it to play local Files. Having already paid this I clicked on "Restore unlock". this only gives me the message "Unlock is not purchased". It most definitey has been. On 2 separate devices. Whilst I realise £5 is not a lot I dont see why I should have to pay twice. Can you sort this out for me please? Thanks Mike Quinn

ebr 16169 Posted October 8, 2024 Posted October 8, 2024 My suggestion would be to wait 24 hours and try again. I've seen some people have this work which suggests maybe the new device hasn't downloaded or cached all the store info yet.
