Cannot switch between seasons

Hello,

For my TV shows, when using the command "Go to season" I always only see season 1 of the show and therefore I cannot switch between seasons. This is the case for the Apple TV app and also for any other Emby app as well as the browser-based interface. However, when I go to my "My media" and then select the show, I can see and got to all available seasons. Why is that and how can I fix this?

I use the current version of Emby (Version 4.8.10.0) on a Synology DS-720+.

(Note: I translated the commands/options/names from the German interaface, so they may not be exactly the same as in the English interface.)

Hi, did you try using Go to Series instead? That should let you pick a season.

Hi Luke! Thanks for the tip. That works. I am just a bit confused: What is the purpose of the command "Go to season" then if it only shows season 1 of a show?

Season and series are two different things. Go to Season shows all the episodes of only that season.

Ahhh, I understand. I still find it a bit confusing but that's just the wording. So, "Go to season" is actually a command allowing to switch between episodes of the current season.

The command "Go to series" works just and does what I was looking for in "Go to season".
