LiveTV Plays 3 Secs Reloads on iOS only

I am experiencing an issue with the iOS app and LiveTV.

I can select a channel, select to play LiveTV, and it will play for about 3 seconds.  The app then kicks out to the guide, reloads, and then plays for another 3 seconds, kicks out, reloads, plays 3 sec, etc.

I do not have this problem with movies or recorded shows.  Also, there are also no issues with my androidTV -- it can play live TV without a problem.

I have attached my server logs (with IP disguised and username and password anonymized).
