HLS manifest for HDR 10 video has invalid VIDEO-RANGE value

I think this is a bug. The master.m3u8 manifest included this:

Quote

VIDEO-RANGE=HDR 10

This seems to be invalid for two reasons

1) there are no quotes around a value with spaces

2) "HDR 10" isn't a valid value for VIDEO-RANGE? Should be SDR, PQ, HLG I believe.

Playing the original manifest on an Apple device gave an error. When I edited the manifest manually to match the PQ transfer function it played correctly.
