Is it possible to convert the files with AV1 codec directly?

For now I use 2 Windows machines to do this manually. Emby can convert the files but I can't see the option for AV1 codec.

I run Emby Server on QNAP for now, but in near future on a DELL mini-PC with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu)

Btw. thanks to the AV1 codec I saved 3TB of storage in the last 10 days
