Update Release Changelog Notes - Separate New Features & Fixes

It’d really be great if the Github Release Changelog Notes could be separated into two sections (New Features & Fixes), so it’s much easier to read and see what falls under each category. This is especially helpful for the daunting long list of updates for Beta Releases.

I know it’s a minor thing, but small things like this help improve Emby overall.
