What are you doing? Are you trying to become a new "Netflix?" 75, in itself, seems excessive for sharing. 

But, to make an attempt at answering your question. The "75" refers to devices active not to subscribers (also a suspicious way to refer to friends and family) and you can have, I think as many people as you want able to connect you just cannot have more than 75 devices connected.
At least that is the way I understand it.

Hi,

You would probably be better off setting up a second server with a new Premiere License.

You could then expand that if needed.  This would cut the overall I/O down and allow for more transcoding if needed.

Hi.  75 is the largest plan we offer and you cannot "stack" or add licenses together.

Please also note that your license to use Emby is for personal use only.
