Emby no tiene permisos en mi Raspberry Pi

Estaba eliminando unas carpetas dentro de /media en mi Raspberry Pi y me decía acceso denegado, por lo que utilicé el comando "sudo rm -r" y pude eliminarlas. Quise corregir esto y aplique a todo "/media/" el comando "sudo chown -R homepi:homepi /media/". Desde entonces cuando quiero reproducir un contenido me dice "Actualmente no hay transmisiones compatibles disponibles. Vuelva a intentarlo más tarde o póngase en contacto con el administrador del sistema para obtener más detalles." Desde el explorador puedo verlos, reproducirlos, pero parece que Emby no tiene permisos.

Tengo dos discos duros externos (sda1 y sdb1) formateados en exFAT, que están montados en las rutas /media/homepi/SERV EMBY2 y /media/homepi/SERV EMBY, respectivamente.
