Kassad 0 Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 So I have personal blu rays ripped to my NAS, as well as some of them converted to .mkv. The web interface shows cover art for the mkv but not for any movies in their original blu ray folder (<name of move>\BDMV In the web interface I right click on the movie and click edit and under the external id it has a valid IMDB ID. Am I missing something?
Kassad 0 Posted November 16, 2014 Author Posted November 16, 2014 Okay I think I got it. Media browser is running on a win8.1 computer and the mkv's are stored locally. The NAS has the blu rays but a username/pwd is required to write to the folder, which is what mediabrowser needs to do when it gets artwork, So how do I provide mediabrowser the username/password to have read/write access to the shared folder on the NAS? what is odd is when I am logged on to the computer running media browser I have the NAS folder mapped to the computer and I have read/write access to that folder.
