Adjust the number of container CPU cores through the --cpus parameter

I'm running the docker version of embyserver on my Synology NAS. Scanning the library and downloading metadata is very slow. Can I add --cpus="2" when creating docker embyserver to make embyserver run faster? Single core running at 131.24%,The CPU is very strenuous when encountering subtitle suppression.

docker run --name embyserver -d --net host \

-e TZ="Asia/Shanghai" \ --env UID=0 \ --env GID=0 \

--env GIDLIST=0 \ --device /dev/dri:/dev/dri \

-v /volume1/emby/mnt/docker/embyServer:/config \

-v /volume1/emby/mnt/video:/video \ --cpus="4" \

--cpuset-cpus="0-3" \

emby/embyserver:latest

is it possible to do this
