mottsen 1 Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 I run Kodi on my shield tv. I have it have it's own unique login that has an access schedule set to prevent my kids from watching tv outside certain hours. The schedule doesn't seem to be respected. If I have it scheduled to disallow access after 9pm the plugin will still allow playback. I tested the schedule to ensure it was set properly by also attempting playback from the same device using the emby app itself and the emby app properly gave an error when attempting playback. I am using the default playback which I believe is the native playback option. 1
quickmic 1703 Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 Sounds the problem is based on the same issue as reported here: This must be fixed on Emby server. @Luke

Ok, then it stays as it is. It's not the duty of a client to enforce/interpret server based permission settings. Edited October 1, 2024 by quickmic
