2 play bars on apple device

Hi, I have an emby user who streams video files to iOs device, and either with emby app or web browser i can see 2 play bars on user activity (see red frame on the picture). what is the reason for this? i don't recall seeing this for any other emby user.

Green is playback progress bar, red is transcoding progress bar.

When media is transcoded you get two bars top for playback position and bottom for how far along the server is in converting the media being played.
