Slow playback startup on some videos

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the iOS app. For some videos, playback is very slow to start. When I launch a movie or TV show, it shows the video is loading for about 5 seconds, followed by a black screen for an additional 10 to 20 seconds before the video actually starts.

There’s no transcoding, it's direct play, and the quality is set to Auto. This is not a network or slow server issue—if I use my TV or computer, it works flawlessly, with no black screen and the video starts immediately after the loading finishes.

Im using an Iphone 14 pro max with ios 18
