Emby has problems watching movies with HDR+ and Dolby

I have a Nviida Shiel Pro and EMBY has compatibility problems with mkv movie with HDR+ and Dolby.

As you can see from the 2 images the screen is double, while with hdr video this does not happen. I try also aoothers playe as VLC or others and this problem not appear.

There a way to solve it without recoding movie ??

Here there is log, playing these movies on my FireTV 4K MAX 2° gen:

Deadpool & Wolverine (2024) 4K.mkv

Rango (2011) 4K.mkv

Blink Twice (2024) 4K

...always black screen, with sound and no navigation. I try both version Emby Android and Emby TV

It's a known issue on any hardware using that chipset (SoC) - the issue is because of the HDR10+ and DV combo.

The way around it is to remove the HDR10+ and just use HDR10/DV or HDR10+ only.

Google is your friend on ways to do this - but it's a quick process.

I believe Kodi have implemeted a workaround where it dynamically remuxes the file to remove the HDR10+ metadata..
