Play issue. Video stops without warning.

Hello.  Sometimes a video will just stop and bring you back to the menu screen. When this happens it does not have the resume option it wants to start from the beginning. 
 

this “resume” issue also happens if you pause something and come back say 15 minutes later. Instead of resume it just gives you “play” which starts it from the beginning. If you click out or the episode or movie and the go back in, the resume option typically comes back but not always.
