Hello,
I am new to Emby and just purchased the Premiere version. I have been unable to get the cover art to display for my movies. I have tried several different things in settings, but it remains to show stills of the movies. I am a former Plex user and this was all done automatically (see screenshots below). Please advise. I am pretty green with servers.
Thank you.

Those appear as screengrabs, potentially indicating either network communication issues or incorrect library setup - hard to tell without logs, though.

What metadata downloaders/image fetchers have you enabled in your library and in what order?

Hi there and thanks for getting back to me. They are screen grabs...one from Emby library and my Plex library. I did import my library previous to paying for the premiere service. Otherwise, the library is there, but not any cover art.

I believe I have fan art as the 1st fetcher

Hi, can you please show us what exactly is enabled on the library? Thanks.

Thank you!

Not quite right, click on the 'Library' tab next to 'Advanced' and then select your Movies library below.

Screenshots from that page would be helpful.

...What @arrbee99said 😆

On that screenshot above, scrolling up from there, do you have Enable Real Time Monitoring ticked ?

Have you tried running through the Library stuff below, probably just Scan Media Library ?

Maybe send a log. Dashboard > three dots > View Server Info

its probably just called 'embyserver'.
