4.8.9.0 Removes Hardware transcoding options after install - Ubunutu

I updated to the latest server version running Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS.  Prior to running the update to the server I had all of the below options:

 

 

Those all disappear when I run the update and all I am left with is below:

 

I reverted back to 4.8.8.0 and then upgraded again to verify.  Same results.  Not sure if anyone has noticed this or had this issue?  Or if it is a bug but still working properly.  I haven't had much time to test this other than reverting back to the previous version.  If I have time tomorrow I can try and get some logs and do a little more testing but I may not have time until sometime early next week.

Same issue here, 4.8.9.0 docker containers (emby/embyserver and linuxserver/emby) fail to detect VAAPI hardware acceleration. Reverting to 4.8.8.0 restored functionality, no other changes to container and other containers using VAAPI are functioning normally.

4.8.10.0 is up with reverted mesa drivers. Apologies for the disruption.
