DJ-213j re-install App and always response wrong user name/PW

After re-install EMBY App in my DJ-213j, I can not login my account. I have reset my password in my laptop, but it still show wrong user name or password. I want to reinstall the server in my NAS.

App version is 4.7.14.0-704071400
