Need help with my emby

I just tried to open my emby and all those on the screen is enter manually and sign out of connect? I signed out of connect and then signed back in and it showed the same thing. Not sure what to do?

I’m not sure? I didn’t remove any server, don’t even know how to do that. All I know is I opened up my app and the screen said enter manually or disconnect from connect.

Do you have a server of your own. That is do you own the media or are you using somebody's else's. If you have your own server then that is where you fix the problem but, if you don't, you need to contact whoever you are getting the content from as the server is theirs. 

Emby does not provide either content or streaming service. It just provides the means to stream your own content.
