Hauppauge - Doesn't detect tuner?

Apologies very new to Emby, Coming from Plex - I can't get Emby to detect my Hauppauge USB Tuner.   When I hit detect it doesn't find it.  I have Win TV 10.5 installed.  Is there something Im not aware of?

So I got the Tuner working (Hooray!!!)   Now Im trying to update my guide.  I added Emby's Guide but I don't see any updates even after refreshing it.   Upon googling this and searching the Forums this was an issue back in 2021 but appears to have been resolved.
