mostrow 9 Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Title explains it. I can see all the Sunday ticket NFL channels under "Channels" in my app(s) but not under "Guide". I'd like them to be in the guide so I can see when the games are on and make it easy to record the games. Anyone aware of a fix for this? Thanks!
Luke 42077 Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 Hi, can tuner source and guide data are you using?
mostrow 9 Posted September 24, 2024 Author Posted September 24, 2024 I've created both the source and the guide on iptveditor.com.
Luke 42077 Posted September 24, 2024 Posted September 24, 2024 And did you check the contents of the xml data that it created? That’s usually what this kind of thing comes down to.
mostrow 9 Posted September 24, 2024 Author Posted September 24, 2024 Yes. It's the same output as on the regular US Local channels which are coming up just fine. Could it be because there is no stream 100% of the time -- only when the games come on?

I think if you look closely enough you’ll find that there’s no data for the time slot that you’re looking at and that’s why the guide is empty.
mostrow 9 Posted September 24, 2024 Author Posted September 24, 2024 Here's a sample of a channel that is working fine in the guide:
<display-name>ABC (WJLA) District of Columbia</display-name> <display-name>ABC (WJLA) District of Columbia</display-name> <icon src="https://media.starlite.best/abc.wjla.district.of.columbia.us.png"/>
Here's one that is not showing on the guide:
<display-name>NFL - Cincinnati Bengals</display-name> <display-name>NFL Cincinnati Bengals</display-name> <icon src="https://media.starlite.best/nfl.cin.us.png"/>
They look the same to me.
Solution mostrow 9 Posted September 24, 2024 Author Solution Posted September 24, 2024 I'm a complete dummy. SORRY. The guide was filtering ONLY US Local Channels. When I switched it to "ALL" the NFL channels popped up! ***Resolved**** 2
hcastanedar_smr 0 Posted September 30, 2025 Posted September 30, 2025 (edited) I had the same thing in Emby with IPTV Editor. Clearing guide filters and switching the view to All fixed most. I also matched the XMLTV channel id to the m3u tvg-id, refreshed guide data, and restarted the server. Sports channels often have gaps, so enable show channels with no data and verify the server timezone. When the guide flakes before big games I keep a backup plan. For fight nights, I’ve grabbed UFC Tickets on a marketplace with clear pricing, quick support, and a solid guarantee. Edited September 30, 2025 by hcastanedar_smr
