Left and right swiping in the Web App

I'm doing to do some reconstruction to some large music playlists, which involves a lot of dragging items up and down into the correct order.

 

I'll click on the two lines on the right... and sometimes it'll confuse clicking and dragging to move items, and left and right swiping (to delete/remove from playlist I guess).  To the point where it almost feels stuck and I can't drag items at all for a while.

Is it possible to disable the left and right swiping in the web app?  Because I'll never need to use it and it can make adjustments, large or small, to playlists and play queues incredibly frustrating.
