LittleKinder 15 Posted September 23, 2024 Posted September 23, 2024 Hello Emby team, I was trying to show Game of throne to my Korean girlfriend. So fair enough I download from Emby subtitles for each episode. But for some episodes it said "no subtitles" fair enough.... But when checking OpenSubtitles' website directly, they did have subtitles! Just SMI ones, no SRT SO my question is, is that normal behaviour to not see SMI subtitles when trying to download subtitles? Since emby has no problem processing those subtitles and displaying them if downloaded manually and with the correct naming Thank you very much.

Just SMI ones, no SRT That's opensubtitles.org - you should check opensubtitles.com (and migrate/create account there and configure opensubtitles plugin with those credentials) if subtitles available. Plugin is not using .org anymore but .com instead.

Yeah it was configured correctly since i was able to see and download subtitles, but they just didn't have the same on both websites, i thought it was basically the same website with different UI but seems like it's not....
