Troublesome AV1 playback

Running ET 3.0.20/21 (2  PC's)

When playing back AV1 content all I can do is pause/resume playback. If I try to skip back or forward, then ET freezes and I have to close it from the taskbar and restart it.

I've tried differing settings in Video output & Hardware acceleration modes to no avail.

Plays back fine in the web client (server) with skipping functioning as it should.

I have 2 Machines, Nvidia with .21 and Intel onboard video with .20, both have the same problem.

I also can't stop playback, I have to wait for the entire file to finish before I can say proceed to the next episode in a TV series.
