macOS Sequoia 15.0 blocks installation of Emby Server

For a new install I've downloaded the version for macOS 10.14+ X64 and transferred it to my Application folder. When I double click on the icon the message "EmbyServer" Not Opened is displayed. If I try the alternative path of click on the icon and select 'Open' the same blocking message is returned. As a double check I also tried to install the version for macOS 10.13 but the results are the same.

 

How can I bypass this block?

Resolved. Opened System Settings > Privacy & Security - scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Allow'.
