Transcoding Artifacts

I don't get it, I set 200 Mbps/s in the browser and movies are looking pretty bad (it's especially visible when sky is visible in the movie). Source files are ok when watched locally from any player. I reckon some transcoding is happening, but why it's so bad? 200 Mbps is really enough for very good picture.
