TomerIsr 0 Posted September 19, 2024 Posted September 19, 2024 Hello! I have a similar problem, I bought a subscription, the player worked both at home and through the android application outside the home. And then suddenly it stopped. I have a static address, both internal and external, but when I go to the connection, everything does not go under any address. Only on the local network.
Luke 42077 Posted September 19, 2024 Posted September 19, 2024 Hi @TomerIsrwhat exactly happens when you try to connect?
TomerIsr 0 Posted September 20, 2024 Author Posted September 20, 2024 Hello. It does not allow you to enter the connection, I have premium. Everything worked for a couple of months. My address is static. Now, when I go into the connect, instead of going into my account, oh, as if on the cloud, It prompts you to enter the server address or go back to the connection. And so the circle closes, even when I enter the emby connect data
ebr 16169 Posted September 20, 2024 Posted September 20, 2024 Hi. What happens if you connect directly to your server via the WAN address?
nickysilver 16 Posted September 26, 2024 Posted September 26, 2024 I updated today and all is fine on the Nvidia Shield. But my laptop can no longer access the server. (I have triple checked the address!) When I try to open emby on my laptop (which of course is how I scan the library, etc.) I get the following error message: (I have also tried chrome.) Had no problem prior to the update.
nickysilver 16 Posted September 26, 2024 Posted September 26, 2024 (edited) Is there any way to revert to the previous server? Edited September 26, 2024 by nickysilver
ebr 16169 Posted September 26, 2024 Posted September 26, 2024 Hi. Have you checked your firewall rules? Often, updates will cause new rules to be created.
Carlo 4560 Posted October 3, 2024 Posted October 3, 2024 @nickysilver Hi, Based on a post in another thread this is resolved, correct? Carlo
