Adding music sometimes does not works and refresh metadata does nothin

This morning I added some files to the library folder and the albums doesn't show in the app. Instead, I saw some files, but no albums. Also, when I ran refresh metadata on the library, apparently is not working. Tonight, nothing changed.

HI, did the initial library scan finish after adding them? Are your music files tagged with album and albumartist values?

Yes and yes.

I created a new library with an empty folder and I'm adding a few albums a day.

I curate each album using Picard.

And it was running flawlessly until yesterday.

We'd have to look at a specific example, but the most likely cause is that your tracks are lacking the embedded metadata, or the initial scan never actually completed.

Yesterday night, i restarted the Emby server and ran a metadata refresh. Worked fine.

This morning, I did the same (added some more files). We'll see tonight what happened.
