Cannot connect remotely

So my home network works with Emby in multiple devices, but not on iPhone outside of the network/with WiFi turned off.
Remote access is granted, and I tried signing into Emby connect on the app but it just goes back to main screen.

Anyone able to assist?

You say 'Remote access is granted', but have you also followed the Remote Setup guide? This will ensure that your Emby Server can communicate over the internet outside of your WiFi.

Thanks mate I tried following the instructions and added port forwarding and it is still not working. Using Eero as a router if that helps you see what I am doing wrong?

HI, have you checked to make sure that your ISP isn't using a CGNat? If they are then this will require additional workarounds such as a VPN or TailScale.
