FireTV 4K Max - video freeze

Hi there,

I've got some trouble with playing certain videos on FireTV 4K Max (Gen1/2021) via direct play. The video is freezing, sound continous playing. I can reproduce it, e.g. One Piece Ep.675 at 3:22. I tried both Emby versions for FireTV and AndroidTV, freeze occurs at the same position.
On a FireTV 4K (non Max/Gen1/2018), the video plays fine.
I tried to turn hardware accelleration on and off, no difference.
After the freeze happen, I can't rewind or fast forward. I have to restart the video (resume from minute xx:xx), hit playback correction or reduce the quality (like 1Mbps).

Server: Emby v4.9.0.30 beta on Windows Server 2022 (Intel Core i3 12100/Intel UHD 730 iGPU)
FireTV: Emby for FireTV 2.1.14a / Emby for AndroidTV 3.4.16
Video: 720p *.mp4 AVC high@L4 (see more in attached video_info.txt)

embyserver.txt attached, no ffmpeg log produced.
Streaming starts at 21:38:12, freezes at 21:41:35, stopped by me at 21:44:33.

Seems like someone got the same problem in another thread but there was no real solution here besides remuxing all broken files.

Is there any solution to fix this on FireTV 4k Max sticks? Anyone knows if the second generation of the 4k Max(2023) got the same problems?

We have this occasionally with the 2021 version, when it happens, we restart the fire stick and that seems to solve the problem for a while (days to weeks). I think it is a fire stick issue.

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Hi Luke,

already wrote in my start post that I tested both apps: Emby for FireTV 2.1.14a and Emby 3.4.16. It freezes at the same position. I can upload the whole episode for testing if it helps out.
