Hi.  The only registration email is for this forum account and you appear to be logged in fine.

Exactly what problem are you having?

Thanks for your replay.

I can not login into the Emby Connect server.

Hi.  There is no Emby Connect Server.

Did you install your own server that you are trying to access via Connect or are you trying to connect to someone else's who invited you?

Oh sorry, I guess this is the problem. I was thinking I can use the IPTV service without a personal server.

Your server is where an IPTV link is inserted to make live TV work. I understand that some people use IPTV for things other than live TV but I have never tried that but a server is required for that as well.

Emby allows you to play your local media and you can also use live TV that mostly works most of the time. But, as others have said, Emby does not provide content.

I understand that. I have a IPTV service and I was thinking I can put that link at emby, same like a IPTV player.

You "can" treat an IPTV m3u as a live TV channel but you have to have a server to put the m3u in. I actually have YouTube TV for my TV service but I also have CH-DVR and it can generate an m3u file and a link to guide data so i do use Emby and said m3u to get assess to a decent interface.

YouTube's interface is somewhat less than crap and CH-DVR's is a bit better but Emby is a LOT better.
The surprising thing is, because of CH-DVR's methods of handling channel identification , if I change providers to Sling or the Direct TV's streaming source, there is almost nothing I have to do to get all the channels I use correctly mapped.
That makes using the interface pretty easy.
But CH-DVR costs $80.00/year (less than $7.00 a month) and you must have a premier EMBY account for live TV to work.

I like what i have but it is a bit more costly than the free, poorly working,  IPTV stream/apps around.

I have tested and many/most IPTV m3u feeds work great in Emby it can be a little daunting to get guide data if it does not come with its own guide data.
