I tried everything to get live tv working without freezing up, bought a new pc thinking my computer was slow but I bought a gaming pc and emby still freezes up on live tv. I give up !

I borrowed my buddies firestick with tivimate on it and it has a paid subscription on it and after I hooked it to my tv at home and enter in my iptv everything is beautiful and works fantastic. I used it now for 5 days and everything runs top notch but on emby for the past 2 years it always froze up and never worked. Do I get my money back for each month I paid for emby from 2 years back ?

When I record a tv show on emby it never works it records some of it then just stops. I have a usb for my firestick and have an OTG cable soI can use a usb stick 128gig and record everything using tivimate and it always works. I tested it non stop recording everything and it always works perfect. Why does emby never work ? I should be refunded

I can give you my wifes credit card number so you can re credit it in a pm? emby does not work for live tv it never worked from day one.
