Hello.

I'm having a problem where a user seems to get hes playback stopped every time i check the dashboard on my mobile phone app.

Sadly only have one log where it happens, at around "2024-09-15 20:17"
To me there's nothing to see in the logs but maybe more trained eyes can spot something.

There is nothing obvious in the log linlking the two. You started using the Pixel phone emby app at 20:17:05

The remote samsung tv emby app did stop the direct play streaming at 20:17:09 - but it also did that earlier at 20:16:22 when the Pixel phone was not communicating with the server

and this was when the pixel communicated

That appears to have kicked off this action - which may be impacted server performace

2024-09-15 20:17:07.238 Info App: Sqlite: 284 - automatic index on LastWatchedEpisodes(SeriesPresentationUniqueKey)

But there was not an automatic indexing run before the earlier samsung stop at 20:16:22. The preceding indexing was at 20:15:48 which was not close to the stoppage time

Would need more examples and confirmation of the times and which stops were unexpected

Unrelated: I see some errors relating to banners. is this a path you specified somewhere ?

The banners seem to be related to this issue in the beta forums:

Thank you for answering.

I will see if i can acquire another log of it happening, but it might take a little while as it only happens to that one person.
It has happened a couple of times now, every time the log shows nothing but the Samsung client stopping about the same time as me logging in with my phone and specifically watching the Dashboard, using any other device doesn't make it happen.

About the banners, i do indeed have some actors missing their pictures once in a while and have done nothing to change any paths that should cause that.
It is rare that it happens so it's funny it should be caught in a log unrelated to it.
I'm running the latest stable version on Unraid.

That would be great, thanks.
