Cannot logout

Hello, I'm in my father home and want to login to my Emby account but it's not possible. When I open Emby, click on username and choose logout it just quit to android home screen. When I open Emby there's still my father user login.

That is Sony Google TV. App version - 2.1.21g.

Hi.  Exactly what do you mean by this?

If you choose "Switch Server" and select your server, can you login from there?

I mean I click logout. Then I launch emby again and I'm logged in as my father. I don't try to switch server.

What are your app Startup settings (likely Remember last user or Login as selected user - you'd want Show login screen there, based on your description)?

Please try that option, then select your server, then login as you.

Thanks, I click server and put server name, username and pass manually. Now it works.

Excellent.  Now you can also switch quickly between the two users using the user menu at the top of the home page.

Unfortunately that don't work like that. Now to login as my father I have to click my username, click server, then enter server, username and password manually again

Please check the options on your users on your server to see if you are hiding them from login screens everywhere.

Yes I hide usernames on login screens. But it will be nice to make that login functions more useful.

You should uncheck all the options except for "Hide users from login screens on devices where they haven't authenticated".

That one option will hide all your users but also allow for easy switching between the users that regularly use particular devices.
