Checkbox list with reorder plugin UI

Is there sample code to implement such a checkbox list with reorder function like this? I couldn't find such example in Emby SDK repo.

We don't have that kind of control in the PluginUI. It's relatively new and still incomplete because it doesn't allow reordering in TV mode (like with up/down buttons instead of drag/drop).
