Is it possible to delete Collections created by users?

Good morning, I ask if it is possible to delete Collections created by users, since these become annoying because they disorganize the content library and currently there is no way to delete them from the administrator panel.

Users currently do not have the ability to create Collections.

But an admin can delete/edit any Collection they like via the library/collection but have no idea what you are calling administrator panel.

Right-click, or 3 dot (...) menu on the Collection poster. Can only be performed by an Admin user.
