can not get apps to unlock on android devices

about a week ago I signed up was abel to get the app on my phone to unlock but nothing else. today accidentally delete the app on my phone and nothing is working need help to unlock all apps. and i have purchased the unlock and i do have the receipt. also I can log into my servers

Yes that did help did not know I had to be log into a certain account but that took care of it for my fire stick I had to buy another thanks
