EPG scrolling problems

Hi,

For me, when I scroll up or down through the EPG, the selection box dissapears.
So where normally you press "down", you go from channel 1, channel 2, channel 3, etc through the EPG

But when I do that, sometimes the "select" box dissapears, needing for me to press to the right on the remote, to make it appear again. See video I attached
It drives my wife totally nuts

Is this a known issue?
