rcsnoopdog 11 Posted September 5, 2024 Posted September 5, 2024 Hello my name is Rich I have server on Windows 10 desktop & my media is on external hdd's connected by enclosures & use a wireless handheld keyboard to control so it is reason images are so bad as no print screen button, my pc is connected to samsung tv were there is also an app with the same problem . All was working okay but all of a sudden some of my collections have created new collection for every movie in collection if that makes sense, i hope image explains but some collections are okay & they are in the same movie folder on external hdd The only thing i have changed was my password to whole server admin password as i could not remember it if that helps as it is something i have never done before, the rest of libraries seems okay except any collections that are set for certain folders in library I hope this makes sense Thanks
Luke 42079 Posted September 8, 2024 Posted September 8, 2024 hi, yes that is odd. Are you still seeing this happen, with more new collections being created?

Solution Luke 42079 Posted September 10, 2024 Solution Posted September 10, 2024 OK so if you delete the existing duplicates, are you saying you're good to go after that?
