Not able to Download Subtitles anymore

Hi,

I used Open Subtitles for a long time, then around awhile ago it stop working.

I keep getting this error message. No results found. Have you configured subtitle downloading?

I configured it using my Username not Email.  Checked the website to make sure I can login also.

Next I decided to add Addic7ed Plugin and setup the account.  Still not working.

Is there any other troubleshooting I can try?

Have you checked on the website that subtitles for that item actually are available/exist? 

You can also post server log if any errors can be sighted.

Have you updated to opensubtitles.com?  Emby no longer supports opensubtitles.org.

Hi All,

I registered with opensubtitles.com and setup EMBY with the credentials. Still not able to get any subtitles, I also installed the other Subtitle plugins and they also not working.

Last thing I did was remove all subtitle logins and just Open Subtitles, now i get a quick response of "no results found".

Not sure what to do. Should I maybe post the logs files here? What log file should I post and where is it located?
