Radeon TV theme video plugin not "moving" theme temp-file

Installed this plugin to latest Emby server and ran the scheduled task. After a half hour, the task completes but no videos appear in the plugin filter Download list.... or anywhere else.

When I look at the log I am seeing theme videos being downloaded, so my paid license is okay.... but the temporary files are not moved to the proper directories.

This goes on for many entries, no backdrop\theme.mp4 files are ever created or moved.

The account Emby is running on has read+write permission to the shared Nas folders.
