Can't add IPTV

Hi there !
I have a strange issue with emby on docker.
I have two identical emby instance and i'm trying to add an m3u to both. The first one added it without any problems but the other one throw an error.
I'v tried to disable UFW just in case but same issue.

update :
i'v tried to use the m3u file instead of a link. It add everything but once i'm trying to run a channel i'm getting forbbiden error.
