About Emby App for Fire Tv - ES 4880

Hi
On my FireTv Stick, when entering the access password in the Emby app for FireTv, the system crashes.

Access is not accepted even with several new installations.

If I install the Emby app on the same FireTv Stick (the other available alternative) access and playback flow normally.

What exactly is "the access password" and what, exactly does "the system crashes" mean?

Can you please reproduce the issue and then follow the instructions to send a log from the app?

Hi, see the image, this screen is from Emby for Firefox TV on LG webOS 2023 TV and appears after entering username and password. It stays frozen there for life. If I install Emby for Android this screen continues and access happens normally. I repeated the same process on Fire TV on a neighbor's Samsung TV and the same situation.

Meaning you cannot navigate at all?  If you can navigate, scroll over and press the "Send logs" button and then tell me exactly what time you did that.
