Emby keeps creating new devices

Hi,

I'm trying to automate lighting in different rooms based on Emby devices playing status, however I noticed for my office it keeps creating new devices called Mac even though I always use the same player (Infuse Pro) with the same version. I'd like to ask if there is a way to create single device for computer instead of keeping adding more devices?

Yeah I only notice this with infuse player.

OK it must be doing something out of the ordinary then, like sending a new device id everytime it starts. Why not just use the Emby app?

Do you mean infuse pro keep sending new device info? is there anything I can do at server side to prevent it?
I prefer infuse pro for better udr and subtitle support

The best way to get it resolved would be for an infuse developer to reach out to me here in the Emby Community, and then we can go back and forth and see what's going on. Thanks.
