插件目录永远在转圈，插件带宽太小了，能不能带宽换大一点的插件目录，或者开放别的下载方法，我手动安装也可以

The plugin directory experience isn't even as good as the free Jellyfin, you guys charge for it, and it's not cheap, bro

The current OpenSubtitles subtitle plugin doesn't work, so I want to see if my plugin is the latest version, but the plugin store can't open the update normally, too bad, I confirm that I entered the correct username and password for the OpenSubtitles website, because I tested Jellyfin's OpenSubtitles subtitle plugin, the same source, can be downloaded and searched normally

Have you changed from opensubtitles.org to opensubtitles.com?  Because .org is no longer supported, but .com is.

To prove that my settings are correct, here is the search result for "Kung Fu Panda" on emby.

So, why can the same movie be searched correctly on jellyfin but not emby? Plugin version 1.0.59.0

Sorry but you need to provider server logs as something is not communicating correctly.

With all the system errors I will guess you are running Emby and Jellyfin on same machine on same ports.  Is that true?

It is indeed the same machine, but it is definitely not on the same port because docker containers on the same port cannot be started，Is it related to the fact that I am using a beta version? 4.9.0.30 beta

 

 

How can I fix it? I see the error part indicating that some JavaScript files cannot be opened?

Beta should have nothing to do with it but there is something definitely wrong then as the install would appear to be broken with 145 "System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path" for Emby system files.

Don't know but would need to see startup log but by default the ports are the same as Jellyfin is just a fork of Emby both defaulted to 8096/8920.

I reset my docker container, but still can't search normally because there are a lot of settings in my config. I don't want to reset the configuration file

Just because you can access Google webpages in this instance is irrelevant.

Emby itself relies on a connection to mb3admin.com for many internal functions, and without it - you are bound to have problems.

You need to ensure the Emby docker container has full access to the above domain. Comparing to JF is not a fair comparison as they both operate differently in this regard.

I don't think this is the issue for three reasons:

 

First, I stopped jellyfin, but emby still can't search.

Second, some movies like Kung Fu Panda can be searched.

Third, if it's caused by port conflict, why is jellyfin unaffected?

Just know there are other topic of conflict happening but have no idea about Docker but would assume the same conflicts can happen.  But with your server log not finding most of Emby I would have to say something is blocking Emby or your have a bad install.  Are you able to navigate to some of those locations and verify the files actually exist?

I felt powerless and hopeless, this experience gave me a new understanding of emby

I suggest you lower the price, because at least in terms of subtitle plugins, my experience with it is not even as good as free jellyfin. Emby really isn't worth $119 and I give it a bad review

Sorry but so fair all that has been shown is there is something wrong with your install that need to be troubleshot in its own topic as this would appear not to be only a plugin issue.  

But would need the server log when you search Inside Out 2 as it is not in provided log.
