How to select all in web app

Somehow I keep ending up with everything in a library folder marked as played when I did not do it intentionally.  That is bad enough but I can't for the life of me remember how to select all so I can correct it.  I understand the little circle in the upper left corner but I can't get it to select all showing.

That really should not be happening all by itself. Do you have multiple users using same user and someone inadvertently marking items as Played on library level? If not, can you post server log next time you observe same occurence?
