Sometimes wrong audio language

Hi,

I use Emby on my Shield only for the kids. Since it's kids content they're watching dubbed media (Swedish). I have set the default audio language in the Android app to Swedish but sometimes it plays other languages. I might be wrong but I think it's only tv shows that have this problem, and it's not contained to just one show.

I have a debug log file from the server and at the bottom where the debug section starts, my daughter is watching Peppa Pig (Greta Gris) and it's a mixture of episodes that play with Swedish language and Danish language (first in the list). The same thing also happens with Bluey, but it's often the English audio track instead (not in the logs).

Have used Emby for the kids for several years and I can't remember having this issue before but it started a couple of months ago. Haven't had the time to look into it before now.

Is "Play Default audio language" unticked in user settings?

It's not ticked. So it's set to Preferred audio language : Swedish and no Play default audio track regardless of language

So it can only be speculated as it was there:

maybe there's some hiccup between preferred language/default language/remembered selection.

Are you "Remembering audio and subtitle selection" as well?

Yes. I logged into the kids account on the webUI and set the settings there also, and I cleared the saved track selection. I will see if it continues.
